Quran and Modern Science
Quran and modern science have a very deep connection. There are several verses in the Holy Quran that refer to many of the modern research and achievements of scientists worldwide. Fingerprints
Fingerprints are critical worldwide in crimes and different cases. They were discovered in 1880. However, 1400 years ago, Allah mentioned this in the Quran as the fingerprints are evidence of the connection between the Quran and modern science:
“Does man think that we cannot assemble his bones? Nay, We are able to put together in perfect order the very tips of his fingers.” (Al Quran 75:3-4)
The disbelievers argue about the day of judgment by saying that the bones are dissolved after a person dies. Allah answers this question in the Quran by the verse mentioned above. Every single person has a different set of fingerprints; such is the creativity of our Lord!
Pain Receptors Present in Skin
It was thought that only the brain is the part of the body that identifies the sensation of pain. The recent discoveries made by science indicate that pain receptors are also present inside the skin. If there were no pain receptors inside our skin, we would’ve felt no pain.
The connection between the Quran and modern science is once again on display as Allah (SWT) says in the Quran:
“Those who reject Our Signs. We shall soon cast into the Fire: As often as their skins are roasted through. We shall change them for fresh skins, that they may taste the chastisement: for Allah is Exalted in Power, Wise.” (Al Quran 4:56)
A professor from Thailand, Tagatat Tejasen, spent a great time researching pain receptors present in the skin. Initially, he couldn’t believe the amazing connection between Quran and modern science. When he verified the translation of the verse mentioned above, he proclaimed the oneness of Allah in public.
Conclusion
